How do I earn points?
You can earn points when you make a purchase with us. Each product on our website is displayed together with the points that you can earn. To see the points, you need to just click on the product.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
When can I redeem the points earned?
You can start redeeming points when you reach a minimum of 500 points!
How much discount will I earn?
50 points earned equals to Rs 50 discount, 100 points earned is Rs 100 discount and so on.
When you have accumulated 500 points, this represent Rs 500 discount that you are entitled on your next purchase.
USING MY POINTS
How do I view my point balance?
After you sign in, your points can be visible under “My Points & Rewards” section found on the mid left hand corner of your screen. You just need to click in the My Points & Rewards”!
How do I redeem my points?
If you have reached the minimum redeemable points stated above, you can redeem when you proceed with checkout by inserting the number of points you would like to redeem. Click on “redeem now” button to see the discounts. Finally, you can place the order.
Will I keep my points if my order is returned or cancelled?
No, any points for that purchase will be removed from your account when the order is cancelled or returned.
Other key information
Points cannot be redeemed as cash.
Reward points will never be expired.
Earned points are not transferable.
